Dear Colleagues,
As we reach the end of 2023 it can be a good time to reflect on the previous year. We have had many successes over the last 12 months, here is just a small selection of what we have achieved together:
• We are bigger than ever. We now have over 70 staff members and over 20 clients.
• In April, we secured the biggest wage increase for our staff ever.
• We have delivered over 100,000 hours of quality care to our clients enabling them to Live the life they want.
• We have had our strongest year since the creation of the company in 2019.
None of the above would be possible without hard-working, dedicated and effective staff across all our boroughs. We are extremely fortunate to have you (yes you!) on our team and thank you all for your support and loyalty on behalf of My Support Worker.
Thanks to all staff for completing their training, keep on the look out at the start
of each month for email reminders of training that will expire.
